PPP stands for Parent Participation Points. Tritons Swim Club runs on the support of volunteers, and each swimmer’s family commits to supporting the club each season by volunteering or paying an additional fee. PPP is the system we use to track volunteer contributions, and any required points not earned by the end of the season will be billed at $25 per PPP.
PPP requirements depend on your swimmer’s training group and how many swimmers you have registered. Amounts are listed below.

1st swimmer: 10 PPP
2nd swimmer: 8 PPP
3rd swimmer: 4 PPP

Most families earn PPP by helping with meets and club events. Opportunities vary through the season, and we will share volunteer needs as they come up.
Common examples include:
Timing at meets
Hospitality/canteen shifts at hosted meets
Helping with time trials or team events
Officiating roles (after completing training)
Committee or board roles
If your family doesn’t reach the required PPP by the end of the season (June), the remaining balance will be charged at $25 per PPP.
