For more than 50 years, Tritons Swim Club has supported swimmers in the Annapolis Valley who want to learn, improve, and compete. We welcome swimmers at many stages and ages, from first-time club swimmers to athletes training seriously for racing. We also offer programming for adults and seniors who want to train, stay active, and enjoy swimming in a supportive group. Tritons focuses on strong coaching, skill development, and goal-setting, while keeping practices engaging and fun. We currently train primarily at Kings-Edgehill School in Windsor.
Tritons practices are structured, supportive, and focused on development over time. Depending on the training group, swimmers can expect:
coaching that emphasizes strong technique and steady progress
age- and ability-appropriate training and goal-setting
opportunities to participate in time trials and swim meets
a team environment that balances fun, fitness, and competition
Tritons supports swimmers who want to race and improve their times. Participation in meets varies by group and by swimmer goals. Coaches will share recommendations and help families understand meet options, what to expect, and how to get started.
Our coaching team supports swimmer development across all groups, from beginners to experienced competitors, as well as adults and seniors.

Tritons Swim Club is led by a volunteer Board and relies on families contributing time throughout the season. Volunteer support is essential for time trials, meets, and club operations. To help track and share volunteer responsibilities fairly, Tritons uses Parent Participation Points (PPP).
