Our Programs
We offer training for all levels of swimmer, ages 5 and up.
Swimmers advance as their skills progress from Novice level through Intermediate, Junior A or B, and Senior.
Novice
Novice swimmers are able to swim a 25m length on their front and on their back. Swimmers at this level develop the skills required to make swimming easier and more enjoyable, learning new skills such as safe diving and swimming in a lane with other swimmers. At this level, swimmers are introduced to competition with in-house time trials.
