Acadia Swim Camp June 23 & 24

The Acadia University Axemen & Axewomen Swim Teams will be running a competitive skills swim camp June 23 & 24, 2012 at the Acadia Athletics Complex. Any swimmer who has graduated from Nova Tech is able to attend.

Several coaches from around Nova Scotia will be working with the swimmers on skills and areas such as:

Stroke Technique
Starts & Turns
Dryland Training & Skills
Flexibility
Mental Skills
Nutrition
FUN!

The cost is $90/swimmer for 2 days or $50/1 day ($110/swimmer with lunch both days or $60 for 1 day with lunch).
