For those swimmers competing at this year's 2009 Long Course East Coast Championships in Saint John, NB, their final practice will be Thursday, July 2 in Wolfville before traveling to New Brunswick to compete.

Swimmers attending Summer Nationals or Canadian Age Group Championships in Montreal will be swimming into July on a schedule that will be announced later in June by Chris.
