Saturday morning practices will begin for the Junior and Senior Training Groups on Saturday, October 1, 2011.
Senior will swim from 6:00-7:30am, with dryland training from 7:30-9:00am, while Junior will have dryland training from 7:00-7:30am with swim practice from 7:30-9:00am.
Senior Tuesday & Thursday morning swim practices will begin Tuesday, October 4, 2011, running from 6:00-7:30am.
With a successful season behind us, its almost time for registration for the 2011-12 season with the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club!
Registration letters have gone into the mail this week, and we'll be offering 2 opportunities for your swimmers to be registered in the coming weeks.
Wolfville, NS - Ten swimmers with the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club will be competing at one of two national level swim meets over the next two weeks in Montreal, QC.
Halifax, NS - The Wolfville Tritons Swim Club posted an impressive 3rd place overall finish at the 2011 Long Course East Coast Championships this past weekend in Halifax, NS. The contingent of 18 Tritons pulled out the top 3 placing on Sunday night at Dalplex at the end of the 4 day swim meet.
There will be no training for the White, Junior or Senior Training Squads on Friday, May 27, 2011 due to WTSC's hosting of the 2011 Swim NS Junior Provincials.
Training will resume as scheduled Monday, May 30, 2011.
Wolfville, NS - The Wolfville Tritons Swim Club will be hosting 130 swimmers from across Nova Scotia the weekend of May 27-29 at the 2011 Swim Nova Scotia Junior Provincial Championships. The event will be run at Acadia Pool, with events Friday through Sunday.
All swimmers and families of the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club are invited to our annual year end potluck to be held Sunday, June 19, 2011.
The event will take place at New Minas Elementary School from 3:00-6:00pm, and will feature our year end awards and club records presentation.
We hope to see everyone there!
All swimmers in the Blue & White Training Squads will end for the season the week of May 30-June 3 on their usual schedule.
Its been a great season for all of our young swimmers, and we look forward to seeing everyone at our year end closing on Sunday, June 19 from 3:00-6:00pm at New Minas Elementary School!
There will be no swimming for all training squads of the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club on Monday, May 23, 2011 due to the Victoria Day Holiday.

All Tritons' swimmers and parents are asked to please take note that there will be no swimming over Easter Weekend for all training squads on Good Friday, April 22, Saturday, April 23, and Easter Monday, April 25.
Practices will resume as scheduled for all training squads on Tuesday, April 26.

Halifax, NS - Four swimmers with the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club have been named to the 2011 Atlantic Canadian All Star Team.
Hayden Adams, Eveline Choquette, Adam Deutsch and Rebecca MacPherson were all selected to the team of twenty-six of Atlantic Canada's top swimmers on March 9th, 2011.
Wolfville, NS The Wolfville Tritons Swim Club turned in a strong fourth place team finish at the 2011 Short Course East Coast Championships in Saint John, NB this past weekend.
17 swimmers with the Tritons made the trip to New Brunswick to compete in the three and a half day meet, featuring the top swimmers from Atlantic Canada, as well as competitors from Ontario.
The Wolfville Tritons Swim Club will be resting from a hard winter season of racing during the school March Break!
The last practice for all training squads will be Friday, March 11, 2011.
All training squads will resume on their normal training schedule on Monday, March 21, 2011.

Wolfville, NS - 6 swimmers with the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club will be competing in the 2011 Eastern Canadian National Championships this week, hosted by the London Aquatic Club in London, ON.
Hayden Adams, Nicole Campbell, Sarah Lynch, Kristen MacPherson, Rebecca MacPherson and Eliza McGuire will all be swimming in the 4 day national championship.
Wolfville, NS - Five young swimmers with the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club all swam to success this past weekend at the 2011 Swim Nova Scotia Junior Provincial Championships hosted by the Port Hawkesbury/Antigonish Swim Team in Port Hawksebury.
Will MacDonald, Chantal Mason, Emma Murphy, Ava Vial and Kovi Young all made the trip to compete in the 3 day provincial championship meet.
Wolfville, NS - Three former members of the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club all swam to great results as members of their new university swim clubs this past weekend at the 2011 Atlantic University Sport (AUS) Swimming Championships.
Wolfville, NS - The afternoon practice of the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club has been canceled for the afternoon of Wednesday, February 2, 2011 and the morning of Thursday, February 3, 2011 due to impending weather conditions.
Practices will resume as scheduled on Thursday afternoon, February 3, 2011.

Halifax, NS - Four swimmers with the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club named to the 2011 Swim Nova Scotia All Star Team will be traveling to Prince Edward Island to compete this weekend.
Wolfville, NS - The First Annual Acadia Senior & Junior Swim Meets were held last weekend at the Acadia Pool, and by all accounts, the weekend's event was a tremendous success.
Partnered with the Axemen and Axewomen Swim Teams to run the two and a half day swimming event were the Wolfville Tritons, who's swimmers also swam in the weekend's meet.
Happy New Year everyone! I hope that everyone had a great Holiday break, and is ready to see as much fast swimming in 2011 as we did in 2010!
To start off the New Year, all Tritons swimmers have been invited to bring a friend to their practice on Monday, January 10, 2011. This is a great way for us to recruit in more swimmers to the team, while also keeping things fun for our members!
The last day of swim practice for all swimmers before the Holiday Break will be Friday, December 17.
All swimmers not attending the 2010 Swim Nova Scotia Team Championships are asked to please note that there will not be any practice on Friday, December 10.
WTSC Practices will be held one hour later than usual on Monday, December 6th due to Acadia Exams being conducted in the Aux Gym.
This should be the only day that practices are affected, but any future changes will be communicated via email/website.

All Tritons swimmers are invited to take part in our first time trial of the season on Friday, Nov 26 from 4:00-7:00pm.
Both Acadia and the Tritons will be swimming in the time trial, and swimmers from Kings Edgehill School and the Greenwood Dolphins will be coming to swim a few events that afternoon.
All Tritons swimmers and families are asked to please note that there will be no swimming on Thursday, November 11 for Remembrance Day.
Practices will resume as usual on Friday, November 12.
All swimmers who are attending the Nova Tech #1 meet hosted by the Yarmouth Y Whitecaps at Universtie Ste. Anne are asked to please note that due to a boil water order issued by the community, ALL SWIMMERS ARE ASKED TO PLEASE BRING THEIR OWN WATER SUPPLY TO THE MEET.

We want to kick off the year with a bowling get together. We are going to have it this friday from 6:30-8:00. We are also going to order pizza since we will all be hungry after practice.
